[Abstract] A case of scrofuloderma is reported. A 76-year-old man developed ulcerated nodular on head, coming and going for six years. Cutaneous lesions presented nodules, which are erythematous or skin colored, some lesions may drain, forming ulcerates or sinuses with reddish granulation at the base, then healed with harden cordlike scars. histopathology showed tuberculous granulation forming, necrosis occur with complex inflammatory cells infiltration, and tubercle bacilli were founded in cultured liquefied debris.
