Three cases of pigmentary pityriasis rosea are reported.these patients presented with oval brown macule and brown-black pigmentation their major axis parallel with the skin texture on the trunk and the proximal extremities, and together with furfuraceous desquamation could be seen over the surface of the plaques. Histopathological examination was consistent with pigmentary pityriasis rosea.
