A case of necrotic allergic vasculitis cured with the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract:

A 62-year old woman was admitted to the hospital with a 4-year history of ulcerate on the both legs, necrosis and crust on raw surface of partial skin lesions, swelling and pain of knee joints. She was diagnosed as necrotic, allergic vasculitis associated with diabetes, and treated with the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine combined with immunopotentiating agents. Her condition gradually improved after the treatment, and she left hospital 2 months later. Six months later, she was cured completely. This disease is a necrotic vasculitis affecting capillaries and small vessels in the upper dermis. The integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine is higher effective for the treatment of this disease.
