With the expanding of immunocompromised population in hospitals, the incidence of invasive aspergillosis has risen year by year. It has been shown that nosocomial aspergillus infection is not only related to host factors but also to environmental factors, such as air, water supply and construction in hospitals. It is important to understand the epidemiology and relationship with environmental fungal distribution of nosocomial invasive aspergillosis, as well as environmental fungal monitoring measures, for the reduction of its incidence and improvement of survival rate of immunocompromised hosts with the disease
