Cutaneous T cell lymphoma ��CTCL��, a kind of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma, is characterized by clonal malignancy of memory T helper cells in skin. It is classified according to the WHO-EORTC classification criteria. Its prognosis is dependant on patient��s age, TNM staging, clinical stage and other factors. Treatment options for CTCL vary, including topical and systemic medicaments, as well as physiotherapy, and some therapies are still under clinical trials.
