Immunotherapy for MM has become a research hotspot. Immunotherapy is a treatment approach that can regulate the immune system through immune cells or immunoagents, and has the advantages of strong specificity and less adverse effects. A variety of immunotherapies, such as cytokine therapy, adoptive cellular therapy and specific immunotherapy, have been applied alone or in combination in MM. These immunotherapies have shown high efficacy, lengthened survival time of patients, and brought hopes for the treatment of MM.
