This review summarizes the incidence, possible pathogenesis, classification and clinical features of tumor-associated cutaneous vascular disorders, which may help to understand the relationship between different cutaneous vascular disorders and tumors. In diagnostic and therapeutic process of cutaneous vascular diseases, timely screening of associated tumors is strongly recommended for chronic and persistent vascular lesions with poor response to routine therapy against vasculitis, and for patients, especially elderly patients, with systemic signs such as weight loss, fever and anemia. The prognosis of these diseases mostly depends on the type of associated tumors, and early etiological treatment is necessary.
