It has become a novel target for the treatment of tumors, angiogenesis- and inflammation-related diseases. Since psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with inappropriate angiogenesis, PEDF, as the most potent natural inhibitor of angiogenesis, has attracted more and more attention in the study of psoriasis��However, the role of PEDF in the pathogenesis of psoriasis is still unclear. To further clarify the role of PEDF in the pathogenesis of psoriasis may provide a novel treatment option for psoriasis.
