A case of urticaria pigmentosa
A infant with maculopapular cutaneous mastocytosis was reported. A yellow nudole was present at birth. Lesions increase as growing up of this patient and appear on the face,trunk, extremities. Yellow-tan or brown/dark-red plaque and nudoles accompanied with negetive reflect of Darier‘s sign were composed most of letions. A lot of basophilic cells with rich cytoplasm and a shape of small cubic exist in dermal papilla in H&E stain .Fuchsia granules were appeared in cells in Giemsa stain. Diagnosis of this patient is maculopapular cutaneous mastocytosis.
