With the increase in the number of H1V patients and organ transplantation,there been a rise in the incidence of rare deep mycosis with high mortality and clinical manifestations and traditional therapies of rare deep mycosis,morbility.This review outlines ac well as recent advancements in antifungal therapy.Practical guidelines are presented for appropriate application of antifungal agents,including amphotericin B,fluconazole,itraconazole,etc.
