Koebner phenomenon originally refers to the development of isomorphic pathologic lesions in the traumatized uninvolved skin of psoriatic patients.Later it was reported in several other skin disorders,such as vitiligo,lichen planus,and so on.At present,the mechanism of Koebner phenomenon remains unclear.A large number of factors other than trauma can also induce Koebner phenomenon,such as sunburn,drug eruption,laser therapy,etc.
