The incidence of malignant melanoma is increasing and conventional anti-tumor therapies are often ineffective. Dendritic cells vaccine is a newly-developed immunotherapy, which induces specific cellular and humoral immunity response with cells or antigens of malignant melanoma, to enhance the anti-tumor capability, interrupt tumor growing, metastasis, and relapsing, for the purpose of cure of tumor. Now, the immunotherapy is in the clinical trials at ��-�� stage and of considerable efficacy, yet further research is still needed.
