Proteomics is a rapidly developing disciplines in the last few years for building functional linkages between protein molecules and providing insight into the mechanisms of difference biological process. This review focus on the new technology provide a platform for HPV research, exploit the role of E6E7 protein in mechanism of HPV infection, study drug targets of paclitaxel, 5-FU, find novel marker to develop vaccine for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection.
