Abstract:
Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) can lead to the chemotaxis and activation of monocytes. There is a high level of MCP-1 in serum and urine of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, which may be related to the polymorphism of MCP-1 promoter. It is revealed that the level of MCP-1 in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus has certain correlation with the disease activity. The study has commenced about MCP-1 in systemic lupus erythematosus therapy. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
