A Case Report of Granulomatous Perioral Dermatitis

A case of granulomatous perioral dermatitis is firstly reported in China.A35-year-old male patient presented with erythema and papules on his face for 5 months. The lesions were composed of red indurated papules in inner canthus and around nose and mouth. Histopathologic examination showed epithelioid cell granulomas around the follicle-sebaceous grands in dermis. Before and after the onset of the disease, the patient received topical steroids. After diagnosis, topical steroids were withdrawn and the lesions were gradually disappeared within half year.
