Abstract:

CD4+ CD25brightregulatory T cells are a specific subset of T lymphocytes with the function of immune suppression through intercellular contact, and play a pivotal role in the development of self immunotolerance.Recently,it has been implicated that they have a critical function in the pathogenesis of various skin diseases, such as infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
