Abstract:

Hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is a heteroduplex composed of HIF-1and HIF-1,expressed under condition of hypoxia.HIF-1is the major determinant for the activity of HIF-1,and plays a key role in wound healing, regeneration of new vessels and tumor formation, which may associate with skin diseases. The regulation of HIF-1 may pave the way for new treatment of skin diseases.
