Application of Nanotechnology in Dermatology

Abstract:

Nanotechnology is a new promising technique used to recognize the microworld emerging in the end of 1980's.With rapid development in recent years,it has had a profound effect on the research of various subjects.For example,it provides new approaches to the study ofbiomedicines and has shown vast advantage as well as broad prospects in this field.Investigations have been made in the relationship between the structure and function of biological macromolecules at nanometer scales.Nanoparticles have been applied in cell staining,biological imaging,delivery of gene and drug for the therapy of diseases,etc.The application of nanotechnology in dermatology is reviewed in this paper.
