Department of Dermatology, Changhai Hospital, Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433, China

Department of Dermatology, Changhai Hospital, Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433, China

Abstract:

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-) is a cytokine mediating inflammatory reaction and immune responses, and has various biological activities. Recently, the research on anti-TNF- drugs has developed rapidly. This article reviews the main targets of the present research and correlated drugs inhibiting the production or precursors of TNF- and antagonizing released TNF.
