Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a chronic skin disease. The development and establishment of animal models is of great importance for the investigation of the pathogenesis and treatment of AD. Recently, in addition to NC/Nga mice, other mouse models for AD have been developed by gene knockouts, transgenes and haptens. These models will facilitate the research on AD.
