A case of extramammary Paget’s disease with a verrucous proliferative plaque
[abstract] a 55 -year-old man came to us for a pacth on scrotum with intermittently itch for 3 years. Physical examination revealed a light-red patch of verruciform hypertrophy with hypopigmentation in the margin. No abnormality was found in routine laboratory examination.histopathology showed abundant paget’ cell in nests in the epidermis and inflammatory cells in the upper dermis. The case was diagnosed as extramammary paget’ disease.
