Cutaneous blastic NK-cell lymphoma�� a case report and literature review |

Abstract:
A 20-year-old man presented with nodules on the right thigh for seven months. Two months prior to the presentation, the lesions spread all over the body. Physical examination revealed dark erythematous, broad bean to pigeon egg-sized, tough, painless nodules without ulceration on the trunk and limbs. Superficial lymph nodes were unpalpable. A diagnosis of blastic NK-cell lymphoma was made based on histopathology and immunohistochemistry. The condition was relieved after chemotherapy with etoposide, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, dexamethasone and methotrexate. |
