Notch signaling pathway and cutaneous tumors
It is considered that the development of skin cancer is a complicated multistage process with the involvement of multiple genes and factors. Recent studies have shown an abnormality in Notch signaling transduction pathway and its modulation in cutaneous tumors. To explore the relationship between Notch signaling pathway abnormality and cutaneous tumors may benefit the elucidation of pathogenesis of skin tumors.
